The minute I stumbled upon Pemberton Place by Jay Corder I fell in love with the house, it is so well done so much attention as put on materials and spaces that you can sense immediately the passion the designer puts into his project.
I discovered the house while browsing through Houzz, one click led to another until I found myself on Jay Corder’s Houzz profile looking in complete awe at the first picture of Pemberton Place that caught me: the hallway.
How can anyone not fall in love with this hall, the floor, the bench in the niche, the rug, the curtains: I can’t stop myself! You can see why I needed to post about it, so without any more delays I give to you more pictures from Pembertone Place by Jay Corder.
Completely in love with the materials, play of rugs on rugs and colors used throughout.
All photos are by Zac Seewald, and all the images shown are via Pemberton Place Houzz portfolio were you can also go to see more stunning pictures.
Hi my name is Anna Mae and I’m a twilight fan, not precisely a Twihard but definitely a fan, probably the only person who still hasn’t seen Breaking Dawn but that can be easily fixed.
So when I saw on Perez Hilton that Rob and Kristen were selling their house I had to learn more. I followed every link in my search for more and ended up in Mossler Properties website who have the listing. The property is really stunning it’s an almost half-acre compound in Selkirk Lane in L.A.’s Bel Air neighborhood, and it’s listed for nearly $6 million, the house isn’t actually Robert and Kristen’s they recently rented it.
And now for the pictures: I’m posting images of the interiors and the exteriors which are just as stunning, when going through the eye candy make sure to pay attention at the view from the different rooms.
I think the views are what make the house, they are its number one attribute, but hey maybe someone out there is willing to pay the price just because Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart rented it, who knows.
All images are via Mossler Properties website here, you can see more images also by following the link.
I know it’s only Monday and that I must be crazy talking about a weekend retreat this early on, but when you see the pictures I have today you will understand why I fell in love with this house in Guanacaste, Costa Rica the moment I first saw it in Freshome so I thought I would share it with you.
This house was design by architect Victor Cañas and the stunning photographs are by Jordi Miralles. The architecture is perfect, the landscape, the views they all work together in a way that really appeals to me.
The first set of pictures is all about the architecture: pay closet attention to the infinity pool, the wood deck and the play on volumes and materials.
The second set of images are all about the interiors: the genius use of volumes continue throughout the inside of the house; and the mix of concrete, wood and stark white paint is just perfectly executed.
And to top it all off the best picture of them all, the one that conveys why this house is just perfect, who wouldn’t mind lounging all day in this spot?
I’ve had a really busy day, I’m trying to pack my and my 3 month old baby’s stuff since I’m going to Disney World this weekend for a week, you can imagine how much stuff I need to pack with a 3 month old baby even though he is going to be staying with my mom who is literally 5 minutes away. I feel as if I were moving.
Today the weather has been horrible here, so my picture for today is what I’m craving. What I would give to be spending my day in a pool like this just relaxing poolside, I found this image via HOUZZ.
