Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s rental

Hi my name is Anna Mae and I’m a twilight fan, not precisely a Twihard but definitely a fan, probably the only person who still hasn’t seen Breaking Dawn but that can be easily fixed.

So when I saw on Perez Hilton that Rob and Kristen were selling their house I had to learn more. I followed every link in my search for more and ended up in Mossler Properties website who have the listing. The property is really stunning it’s an almost half-acre compound in Selkirk Lane in L.A.’s Bel Air neighborhood, and it’s listed for nearly $6 million, the house isn’t actually Robert and Kristen’s they recently rented it.

And now for the pictures: I’m posting images of the interiors and the exteriors which are just as stunning, when going through the eye candy make sure to pay attention at the view from the different rooms.

I think the views are what make the house, they are its number one attribute, but hey maybe someone out there is willing to pay the price just because Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart rented it, who knows.

Spotlight Fernanda Marques

Today’s post is just THE perfect space, the first time I saw these images I immediately had to learn more about the designer. Fernanda Marques is responsible for this great space, it was design for Casa Cor Sao Paolo, which for those of you who don’t know is a show house for various designers that is done once a year in many Brazilian cities, Panama, Chile, Peru, and Punta del Este .

Take a second to appreciate how much the materials selected add to the space, it was crucial in order to have this perfectly designed showcase.

Relaxing poolside

I’ve had a really busy day, I’m trying to pack my and my 3 month old baby’s stuff since I’m going to Disney World this weekend for a week, you can imagine how much stuff I need to pack with a 3 month old baby even though he is going to be staying with my mom who is literally 5 minutes away. I feel as if I were moving.

Today the weather has been horrible here, so my picture for today is what I’m craving. What I would give to be spending my day in a pool like this just relaxing poolside, I found this image via HOUZZ.

Spotlight – Marcelo Rosenbaum

This wasn’t my planned post for today, but when you see the images you will understand why I took a different turn.

Marcelo Rosenbaum is a brazilian designer whose job just left me craving for more, his play with contrasts adds so much to his projects. I will show you images from two of his projects so that you can get an idea of his work, you can go to his website to see more projects by clicking here.

The first image is from a bathroom from the project “apartamento higienoplis”. The contrast in textures and sheen of materials makes the space what it is. Simple materials were used: wood, mirror, marble, and tile; but the way they were used together is stunning.

The next couple  of images are from a restaurant in Sao Paolo called Dalva e Dito, and I must say that the terrace is really what got to me.The wood screen walls, the hanging plants, the flooring selection, the pairing of the chairs with the reclaimed wood tables,  I really don’t know where to start, I can’t say what’s my favorite element it’s the complete setup of the room that is perfect.
